To report an issue regarding violations you have observed or witnessed in District J please follow the prompts below. We request you to be as detailed as possible with your submissions. The District J Patrol Task Team will be monitoring your complaints and will be working collaboratively with the Houston Police Department Differential Response Team (DRT) to address the issues in a timely fashion.

In the case of emergencies please dial 911. This online portal is not a substitute for 911.
